Alfa Romeo Berlina
No, this isn’t my old one, but it is a spitting image in white, except that mine was lowered a bit, ran Italian ben-hur-chariot alloys, had special exhaust and the stickiest tires I could find to fit a near-stock configuration. One of my favorites cars, EVER, despite its classic Italian driving position. Butter-smooth, perfect gear ratios, lovely finned aluminum underneath, and its appearance (some thought it was a Toyota) allowed enthusiastic driving with near-impunity, contrasted with, say, my 911. Ended its life when struck from the rear by a truck in Los Angeles traffic. Photo courtesy of terta.tumblr.com, a truly wonderful site.
