Brother Dennis sends along this picture today of his car (the blue 1971 Buick 455 Gran Sport white-topped convertible) in front of a clumsily-vanity-plated Ferrari. This was an entry line for an event in celebration of “Collector Car Appreciation Day”, about which Dennis comments: “And finally, the GS, which may be the only time in its life it will hold a Ferrari Testarossa at bay.”
And he reports — no Porsches showed up in the event. What?

Dennis just let me know that CarArtSpot has done a piece on him and his recent Shanghai exhibit. And see other posts here on Dennis’ work …
Warning: Promotional Porsche material ahead for the newly-announced. Looks good, seems fast.

Last night I saw Episode 1 of Season 1 of the Brit Sky TV English/French crime drama (based on the original Swedish/Danish “The Bridge”) starring the EuroTunnel between England and France. Entitled “The Tunnel”. Lead character French cop Elise drives this deep blue (maybe the same color as the Blue Rascal? Nah.) 944, Euro spec, of course. (Sorry for the low-res, low-quality screen grabs.)
