My friend David passes me this link to an article entitled “Chevy Camaro Z/28 outruns Porsche 911 in wet Nurburgring lap“:
David happens to own a quite nice ’97, I think it is, Z28 that he is bringing to a fine state of being; it is a daily driver, but mostly original plus some resto plus serious performance enhancements. It is fast and sounds wonderful and has an engine compartment that you could eat on.
But I tell him that I am keeping my 944. And would buy a Cayman or a 911, not a Z28, if I were buying new today.
